As a Recruitment Consultancy, we are currently assisting our client in finding a talented Electrician to join their operations team in Albany, OR. This position requires a commitment to a rotating schedule that encompasses days, nights, and weekends based on production demands.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Troubleshoot, maintain, test, and repair both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Work with a wide range of equipment, including PLCs, AC/DC motors, transformers, circuit breakers, control panels, lighting systems, and power distribution units.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired, helping drive productivity and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Current Oregon Electrician’s License (LME, PJ, or J).
• Hands-on experience with both AC and DC motor controls, including variable frequency drives.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools such as DMM, VOM, and Megger.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs (specifically Allen Bradley Control Logix).
• Experience in industrial millwright work is a plus; willingness to take on millwright duties when needed.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems is advantageous.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Able to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to work extra hours and rotating shifts when necessary.
