Álvaro is Founder at HR Analytics Lab and PhD candidate and Lecturer at the University of Murcia. In addition, he was Visiting Scholar at University of Turin.

His main lines of research are focused on HRM and Digital Transformation. He has published in international scientific journals such as European Journal of Innovation Management, The International Journal of Manpower, among others. He communicated his research at national and international conferences in the field of Management. Thus, he won the Best Paper Award of AJICEDE 2020.
